Hello fellow bloggers!! Well, it's that time of the year again. No, not football season, but time to get your math learning on! I know that after going through the math videos, which took a while, were very informative to go through.
Going through the content section and learning more about the ancient egyptian's, and the number system they had in place, was pretty astounding! It wasn't only used for counting and simple math, but they wrote out their math with symbols, had place value, and solved problems.
I think that Math is crucial to our students education, and with that, we as future teachers have to be prepared the best we can to challenge, engage, and connect with our students. By learning new techniques on how to teach, and with the understanding that not everyone learns the same way. The way I solve a problem might not be the easiest for someone else to solve the same problem.
